I have been a violinist with the Dutch Philharmonic Orchestra (NedPho) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

I was born in Bucarest, Romania, where I studied violin at the Music Academy.

I am living and working in Holland since 1978 and

have during the last ten years extended my art

activities with extensive painting, etching and

lately animation film making.

I am married to Hein van Dijk and have two children, dr.ir. Diana and prof.dr. David.
